Make Peace With Food™ | RVFG LLC

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, enrollments, and participation in any Make Peace With Food™ offerings, including but not limited to coaching services, programs, courses, certifications, memberships, and retreats.

By purchasing or enrolling in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Make Peace With Food™ / RVFG LLC and supersede any prior verbal or written communications, representations, or agreements.

1. AGREEMENT & ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is confirmed only when:

• Full payment or first installment is received, and

• A confirmation email has been issued by Make Peace With Food™ / RVFG LLC.

Upon confirmation, a binding agreement is formed. Clients will receive access details and/or onboarding communication within 48 hours of successful enrollment.

All programs and services are available only to individuals aged 18 and older.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Services may include (but are not limited to):

• 1:1 or group coaching

• Online courses and practitioner certifications

• Digital programs and memberships

• Live or recorded trainings and community access

• In-person or destination retreats

Program structures, delivery formats, and inclusions may vary by offering.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed and payable in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment options may include full payment or approved payment plans. By enrolling, you authorize RVFG LLC to charge the agreed fees according to your selected payment plan.

Payments are due as scheduled. If a payment fails, the Client must resolve the issue within three (3) business days.

Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the program or service.

Clients are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or international transaction fees.

Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the Client will always be charged the price confirmed at the time of enrollment.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital programs, coaching services, certifications, and retreat planning:

• All purchases are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific program.

• Monthly or subscription-based memberships may be canceled at any time, and no future payments will be charged. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refund requests for high-ticket programs or retreats are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RVFG LLC.

• Approved cancellations or refunds (if applicable) must follow written confirmation from the company.

5. RESULTS-BASED GUARANTEE (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Select programs may include a results-based guarantee (such as a “100% Money Back Guarantee”).

Eligibility requires full participation, including but not limited to:

• Completion of all program modules and materials

• Completion of assigned exercises and coursework

• Attendance or review of live sessions or replays

• Active engagement in the community (where applicable)

• Reasonable communication with the support team when challenges arise

To request activation of any guarantee, written notice must be submitted within the required timeframe stated in the specific program details. Failure to comply with requirements or deadlines voids eligibility.

All claims will be reviewed prior to any refund decision.

6. HEALTH, MEDICAL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Clients must disclose any relevant medical, psychological, or physical conditions, including pregnancy, medications, or limitations that may impact participation.

Participation in all services is voluntary. Clients are responsible for their own health, safety, and decisions throughout the duration of any program, course, coaching, or retreat.

RVFG LLC reserves the right to decline or limit participation if a concern arises regarding suitability or safety.

7. RETREATS (ADDITIONAL TERMS)

For retreats specifically:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Retreat balances must be paid in full by the due date

• Travel, insurance, and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the Client

• RVFG LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to third-party providers or force majeure events

8. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

If a Client has a concern, they agree to first contact the Make Peace With Food™ support team to seek resolution.

If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to management. Failure to communicate concerns in a timely manner may limit the ability to seek resolution or compensation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RVFG LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in any program, course, coaching, or retreat.

All services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or clinical care.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided through Make Peace With Food™ are the intellectual property of RVFG LLC and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. UPDATES TO TERMS

RVFG LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
